The Fabulous Mrs. Fussypants, has a new Thursday "meme" (Is it just me, or is that the dumbest word ever??) There's no name for it yet, hence her title, but since you both all know how much I love Thursdays anyway, I'm going with It's Thursday and I got paid and I get to wear jeans tomorrow!! Too much?? Oh well, I guess I'll stick with the current title until we come up with something better.
I'm thankful for so many things. Life can be tough: we are dealing with rising prices, traffic, long commutes, tainted tomatoes - only 24 hours in each day (What is UP with that??). But I have a lot of things to be happy about. And I'm going to particpate on Thursdays as Fussy and friends remember that there are lots of blessings in our lives.
This week, I am thankful that when my poor pathetic car died on us a few weeks ago, we were able to go out and buy a NEW CAR.
I know this is silly, but I have NEVER owned a new car. They've always just been new to me, which is nice, but it's awfully neat to have a car that no one else has messed up first! So, here's our new car...

I mean, REALLY REALLY cute??? The gas mileage is pretty terrific (Ugh - you know you're a grownup when you spend all your time worrying about gas mileage)
It's so tiny on the outside, but it doesn't really have any less room inside than my old car did...
And of course, I had to throw in a picture of my handsome devil...
So, there's my Thankful Thought for Thursday (I just love alliteration, don't you??)
